KYLE Walker’s cheated ex has held secret talks with lawyers over a share of his £30million fortune.
Heartbroken Annie Kilner dumped the England ace over his love child with Lauryn Goodman.
Annie, 27, who has three children with Walker, 29, has told pals their 11-year relationship is over.
She has met lawyers to hammer out a settlement with the star who has property, cars and other assets. A source said: “Annie’s world has been turned upside-down. But she is determined to start again.
“She isn’t greedy. She just wants what is fair for her and their family.”
Man City defender Walker bedded Lauryn, 29, last summer and will become a dad for the fourth time next month. A new shoot shows her proudly holding her bump.
He has been trying to win Annie back but she’s determined to move on.
They met as teens and she wants to make sure her role in helping him shape his career is recognised.
But they never married so it could mean Annie is only entitled to child maintenance. A legal source said: “People assume that if you have lived with your partner for a number of years that the state will treat you as if you’re married. This is untrue.
“The only financial responsibility an ex will have is to the children. An order may put a roof over a mother’s head until their child turns 18.”
Couples can have cohabitation agreements drawn up or hold all their assets jointly but few do. Deeds show the couple’s £3.5million Cheshire home is in Walker’s sole name.
Sources say Annie may have to go to court if he does not voluntarily give her a satisfactory financial deal.
Meanwhile, a source close to Annie said: “Kyle has been asking to come back home and give things another go. But I think she’s moving on so he’s wasting his time. She’s very hurt.”
A spokesman for Annie declined to comment.
