Kyle Walker facing £250k fine by Man City after 'hosting sex party with escorts'

Manchester City are expected to fine Kyle Walker a huge £250,000 after allegations that he broke government guidelines to host a sex party earlier this week.

The public have been advised to engage in social distancing measures amid the coronavirus crisis, yet Walker and a friend are said to have invited two prostitutes to his luxury flat in Manchester.

And just hours after the alleged party Walker took to social media to encourage fans to ease the strain on the NHS by staying at home when possible.

Walker made a swift apology, but City could still hit him with a whopping fine.

Walker is thought to earn around £110,000-a-week at the Etihad, meaning he could be forced to pay more than two weeks salary as a punishment for his alleged actions.

On Saturday night Walker said: “I want to take this opportunity to issue a public apology for the choices I made last week.

“I understand that my position as a professional footballer brings the responsibility of being a role model.

“As such, I want to apologise to my family, friends, football club, supporters and the public for letting them down.

“There are heroes out there making a vital difference to society at the moment, and I have been keen to help support and highlight their amazing sacrifices and life-saving work over the past week. My actions are in direct contrast to what I should have been doing regarding the lockdown.”
