Kurt Rappaport claims estranged model wife is trying to EXTORT him

Kurt Rappaport has claimed his estranged wife, former Guess model Sarah Mutch, is attempting to extort him with threats to ruin his reputation if he does not pay her millions of dollars.

The celebrity realtor filed for divorce from Mutch after just 16 months of marriage in February, and is now suing her with allegations she threatened to go public with ‘false information’ about him and his friends if he did not pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in credit card purchases she allegedly made, according to documents obtained by TMZ

Mutch’s version of events differ wildly from Rappaport’s in her own legal documents, and she denies ever threatening to ruin his reputation.

Rappaport claims in his documents the troubles began not long after the couple tied the knot in a celeb-attended, $3 million dollar wedding back in 2017, when Mutch wanted him to make changes to the terms of their prenuptial agreement.

Rappaport claims she would demand ‘violently at times’ he amend the document, and when he did not acquiesce to her requests, she allegedly charged hundreds of thousands of dollars to his credit card.

According to The Blast, Rappaport claims Mutch maxed out her $20,000 credit card and then ‘unlawfully’ obtained his other credit cards, where she racked up a $735,000 bill.

Mutch then allegedly threatened to ‘release false information about [Rappaport] and his friends to the press and social media outlets’ if he did not pay the bill.

Rappaport filed for divorce in February, and says afterwards Mutch threatened to ‘go to the press and f*** s*** up’ by spreading false information about him and his famous friends if he did not give her millions of dollars.

Rappaport, who is the CEO of Westside Estate Agency, subsequently filed a police report, in which he claimed Mutch ‘threatened to fabricate a “Me Too” sexual harassment report at the hands of his wealthy friends’, according to TMZ.

He claims Mutch threatened to go to the press with the allegations if he didn’t give her ‘millions and millions of dollars.’

According to Rappaport, she said, ‘If I don’t get what I want, I’m going to drop a bomb and end your career in a week!’

Rappaport says Mutch had her eye on a $60 million property he owned, and wanted partial ownership of it, which he denied.

He said he was called ‘selfish, cheap, greedy, and disgusting’ when he refused the ownership and prenup requests.

Mutch is now reportedly challenging the prenup, which gives her $45,000 a month, tax-free, for half the duration of the marriage.

In her own legal documents, Mutch denied Rappaport’s claims, insisting she never threatened to ruin his career, according to TMZ.

She also denied his claims she would get violent.

Mutch also says their marriage ultimately ended over disagreements over having children, which started after they got into a heated argument after a remark made by a friend made her realize Rappaport had different ideas for a family.

The couple allegedly got into a heated fight on their way home from dinner, where the comment was made. During this argument, Mutch says she learned he did not want children, even though she did.

She claims Rappaport accused of her caring only for money, and says she was called a ‘greedy monster’ by him. She then told him she wanted a divorce.

Mutch also says a pattern of verbal abuse existed in their relationship over the years.

The former model claims he attempted to slam through doors when she locked herself away during his alleged outbursts.

Mutch says she doesn’t have any money now, and currently only has access to $41,000 of the $50,000 he gave her after their break-up.

She says the money is being used on living expenses, and says she is currently not receiving any spousal support, even though that is a stipulation of their prenup.

Mutch wants her ex to pay for a lawyer so she can decide if she wants to change their prenup, and she also wants to be awarded temporary spousal support.

Rappaport and Mutch tied the knot in September 2017, in a lavish $3 million wedding attended by the likes of Ryan Seacrest and DJ Khaled. Christina Aguilera sang at the reception.

Rappaport represents a slew of lavish, multi-million dollar properties, including homes owned by celebrities such as Harry Styles and Adam Levine.
