Kristen Stewart has morphed into Princess Diana for the new film Spencer.
If you thought Emma Corrin as Princess Di in The Crown was uncanny, things are about to get even more mind-blowing, as a first look at Kristen as the Princess of Wales shows that the Twilight actress bears a startling resemblance to Diana.
In the first shot of the 30-year-old actress in character, Kristen sports a red coat over a black turtleneck, and wears a black hat with a veil atop her signature blonde do.
But it’s that trademark head tilt that really transforms Kristen into Diana.
The actress said: ‘Spencer is a dive inside an emotional imagining of who Diana was at a pivotal point in her life.’
The press release for Spencer reads: ‘December, 1991: The Prince and Princess of Wales’ marriage has long since grown cold. Though rumours of affairs and a divorce abound, peace is ordained for the Christmas festivities at Sandringham Estate.
‘There’s eating and drinking, shooting and hunting. Diana knows the game. This year, things will be a whole lot different.’
