Ahead of the premiere of the 18th season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian has revealed that she felt like she was ‘on a hamster wheel’ during the early years of the show.

The reality star admitted to struggling to be there for her children – sons Mason, 10, Reign, five and daughter Penelope, seven – when she was busy filming the series in previous years, but has now found a healthy balance between her career and being a mother.

Speaking on E! News’ In The Room, she said: ‘I feel like I’ve finally got to the place where I can balance being a mum and working. I’ve always done both obviously, but it used to be where I would work a lot more. So I’ve really shifted my focus.

She added: ‘My kids have always been my top priority, but I never had time with them after school to, you know, do their homework or go to their activities.

‘They all really need one-on-one time with me, so making an
effort to do something is time consuming. It’s like my whole life.’

It comes after Kourtney had suggested the coronavirus pandemic had been sent by God to punish the world for ‘evil’ behaviour.

As she self-isolates with the rest of her family at home, she had shared a bible passage to her Instagram story, with ‘pay attention children’ handwritten in red pen around it.

The passage reads: ‘Whenever I hold back the rain or send locusts to eat up the crops or send an epidemic on my people, if they pray to me and repent and turn away from the evil they have been doing, then I will hear them in heaven, forgive their sins, and make their land prosperous again.’

Kourtney had previously shared a passage from the 2008 book End Of Days with her family in a group chat – with younger sister Kim Kardashian later sharing it to social media.

The passage eerily predicts that a global pandemic would
happen this year, as it read: ‘In around 2020 a severe pneumonia-like illness
will spread throughout the globe, attacking the lungs and the bronchial tubes
and resisting known treatments.’

Talk about a coincidence.

Season 18 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians begins 26th March on E!
