Kourtney Kardashian is a slave for noughties fashion as she took inspiration from the one and only Britney Spears for her latest look.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star revived the singer’s iconic lace Dolce & Gabbana dress on Tuesday as she posed for snaps in the see-through ensemble on Instagram.
Britney, who was 19 at the time, famously worked the red carpet in the look during the 2001 MTV Video Music Awards shortly before making pop culture history with her Slave 4 U performance.
So it’s only fitting that Kourt, 42, decided to make a fashion nod to that time as the anniversary of the event comes up this month.
The Poosh founder added to the ensemble by wearing thigh-high lace tights along with black pumps that featured silver stud embellishments.
The mother-of-three captioned the post: ‘@dolcegabbana circa 2001.’
Kourtney has been showing a lot of love to Dolce & Gabbana’s archives lately, as well as their modern couture designs.
In fact, she flew out to Italy with her boyfriend Travis Barker and mom Kris Jenner to attend their Alta Moda fashion show in Venice.
The trip ended up causing the kind of drama that would have fit perfectly on their newly ended reality show after Kourtney’s ex lashed out about the trip.
