Square Enix has listed pre-orders for Kingdom Hearts 3’s DLC, Re Mind, and shared some new character renders of the Final Fantasy cameos.

Kingdom Hearts star Sora may not be the next contender for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, but he’s still got plenty of adventures of his own to worry about with the new DLC coming out for Kingdom Hearts 3, titled Re Mind.

The new trailer was shown during Sony’s most recent State of Play livestream and revealed quite a few secrets for die-hard fans of the series, with the biggest one being the return of the Final Fantasy characters.

What’s possibly most surprising, though, is that you can not only pre-order the DLC on PlayStation 4 right now, but there’s technically two different versions of it.

The first is the standard version that will come with new story content, additional playable characters, new boss fights, and a slideshow feature for the photo mode. This costs £24.99.

The alternative is a whole £8 more expensive, costing £32.99, and it comes with an exclusive video of the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra -World of Tres- concert that was recorded on 30 November.

If you were unable to attend the concert yourself, this video is perfect for letting you experience the live performances of some of the series’ most iconic and beloved tracks.

Square Enix reiterated that a free update would be coming in January as well, and will include new abilities for Sora and two new keyblades to wield in battle.

The publisher also released some new renders of the characters we can expect to see in the Re Mind DLC. While the likes of Leon, Aerith, and Yuffie were already confirmed in the trailer, the renders show that both Final Fantasy 7’s Cid (who cameoed in the first two Kingdom Hearts titles) and Cinderella’s Fairy Godmother will make appearances too.

Kingdom Hearts 3’s DLC will release on PlayStation 4 on 23 January and on Xbox One on 25 February.
