Kim Petras has trolled the Westboro Baptist Church in a truly iconic way, posing in front of their placards.

We have no choice but to stan.

The Heart To Break singer shared a video of herself in Kansas City, Missouri, dropping her coat to reveal a bodysuit, fishnet tights and thigh-high boots, completing the look with huge sunglasses and a high ponytail.

Flicking her hair, she threw up peace signs and pouted as members of the Westboro Baptist Church sang and held up placards in the background.

‘Update. hoes still mad …’ she wrote in the caption.

Fellow stars were thrilled with Kim’s video, with Demi Lovato summing up everyone’s feelings and writing: ‘YAAASSSS.’

‘Icon,’ Katy Perry added, with Todrick Hall asking: ‘Can this be your next album cover PLZ.’

Definitely seconded.

Kim was previously known for being the youngest known transgender person to have gender reassignment surgery at the age of 16 but, more recently, her music career has taken off.

Chatting to Metro.co.uk earlier this year, she explained: ‘I’m very proud of being transgender and always a transgender activist. I always care a lot.

‘But at the same time, I want to be taken seriously. And I want to I want to just be like any other artist, to be judged on the quality of my music, and not on my gender.’

The 27-year-old admitted it’s ‘still a work in progress’ to steer the conversation from gender to music when it comes to dealing with record labels behind-the-scenes.

Kim explained: ‘I’m still kind of proving that it can be done.

‘When I was going to all the major labels, just every conversation would suddenly be about being transgender instead of the music. And I hated that because I’ve worked on the music for years, and I’m really proud of the songwriter that I am now.

‘And, you know, it’s been a lot of hard work, and hundreds and hundreds of songs that I’ve written and that I’ve improved myself.’

Preach, girl.
