Kim Kardashian took time to send a public shoutout to Kanye West for his 44th birthday amid the pair’s ongoing divorce.
The 40-year-old shocked fans when she filed for divorce from the Gold Digger rapper in February, six years after they tied the knot.
However, Kim made it clear that she will always have ‘love’ for her soon-to-be ex-husband as she took to Instagram to mark his birthday.
Posting a throwback snap of herself, Kanye and three of their children on a private jet, she wrote: ‘Verified Happy Birthday Love U for Life! 🎈’
Taking to Instagram Story, she also shared a throwback of the rapper as a child, before posting another snap of the couple together and then a recent image of Kanye and all four of their children.
Meanwhile, Kim’s sister Khloe also shared a post to mark the Jesus Walks hitmaker’s birthday.
Opting to use a throwback snap featuring herself and baby daddy Tristan Thompson posing with Kim and Kanye in the ocean, she wrote: ‘Happy birthday to my brother for life!!!
‘Have the best birthday Ye! Sending you love and endless blessings!!’
Elsewhere, Kris Jenner took to Instagram Stories to share a throwback of herself and Ye.
Kim and Kanye said their ‘I dos’ in a lavish ceremony in Italy in 2014, with scenes from their big day playing out on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
After a few turbulent months, the businesswoman filed divorce papers at the beginning of the year, with the musician later offering his legal response and reportedly agreeing to her request for joint custody.
The pair’s split is said to be amicable as an insider told People: #Kim and Kanye are getting along. They have both stayed true to their commitment to make the best situation for the kids.
‘Kim is very happy that they have managed to keep things calm. She thinks Kanye is a good dad. She wants him to be able to spend as much time with the kids as he wants.’
