Irving was a longtime pal of Kim’s late father Robert Kardashian, who was part of the legal team that secured O.J. Simpson’s infamous acquittal of double-murder.

The brunette bombshell is now suing Alabama doctor Dr. Charles Runels and the Cellular Medicine Association of Vampire Facials infamy.
Kim did not give Charles or the company the go-ahead to use her name and likeness in their promotional material, but they have done so and she has filed suit to make them stop, according to E! News.
