Kim Kardashian has hit the ground running with her legal career. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has already been offered her first job at a law firm – she just needs to pass the bar first.

Earlier this month, the 38-year-old shocked the world when she announced that she’s studying to become a lawyer.

While she’s received some criticism, Kim seems to have one important man in her corner.

Robert Shapiro was a part of OJ Simpson’s famous legal team during his 1995 murder trial, in which he was acquitted of killing his ex-wife Nicole Brown, and her friend Ron Goldman.

Kim’s late father, Robert Kardashian, was also part of the ‘dream team’ so it’s no surprise Shapiro is keen to take her under his wing.

Speaking to TMZ, Shapiro said: ‘Once she passes the bar, she’ll always have a job at my law firm.

‘I think she’ll be a sensational lawyer. Look what she did with the President of the United States, she got someone right out of jail.’

Kim didn’t finish college but she’s found a way to fulfill her legal ambitions by taking up an apprenticeship at a law firm, which the state of California allows.

Addressing Kim’s tricky route into law, Shapiro stated: ‘It’s going to be a very difficult and long process for her, doing it the way she’s doing it. I wish her the best of luck.

‘She told me a year ago she was planning on doing this so she’s serious about it and I hope she is successful.’

‘I really didn’t give her any advice only that, I only know one other person who’s been able to pass the bar in the way she’s doing it without going to law school. By doing it without a correspondent.’

Shapiro is completely backing Kim’s ambitions and ‘gives anybody credit’ in their mission in furthering their education.

‘Trying to do something they’ve never done and be challenged. So I hope she’s successful,’ he said.

But he added: ‘It’s difficult with her schedule and what she does with her businesses. To be committed to a three or four year law school programme would be extremely difficult.

‘First of all, you have to take the baby bar. The overwhelming number of people who go to major law schools, the bar pass rate is about 50 percent so it’s difficult. I hope she does well.’

This week, Kim took a torts exam and revealed that she ‘aced’ the test, which Shapiro says is a ‘great sign’ of things to come.

Sounds like Kimmy’s found her calling.
