After getting her second facial of 2020, Kim, 39, opened up about the importance of self-care while posing for the camera sans her usual heavy eye makeup, contoured face and stained lips.

She wrote Saturday evening of her appointment with esthetician Joanna Czech: “OK I have been all about self-care these first few days of the new year!

“So excited one of my favorites ladies is in town @JoannaCzechOfficial. Thank you @Dior for the most amazing facial experience!”

The Mother of four posted earlier that morning, with a filtered snap, about another one of her beauty sessions: “Thank you @toska_europeanspa for the amazing facial yesterday!!!!!”

All of these treatments aimed at improving the youthfulness of her face come as the reality star’s been sharing throwback photos of herself.

On Saturday, she posted to her Instagram feed a photo of her teenage self, captioning it: “Baby K.”

On Friday, Kim shared a flashback picture with her sisters Khloe and Kourtney as kids, writing: “Triplets.”

She’s not the only one starting off 2020 with a little relaxation and rejuvenation in the form of a facial.

Khloe Kardashian, 35, Busy Philipps, 40, and Mandy Moore, 35, all received treatments and shared their experiences on social media yesterday, as well.
