Kim Kardashian may have been given the best birthday present ever, after she was gifted her very own ‘Kimopoly’ board.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 39, celebrates her 40th birthday on Wednesday and to mark the occasion her best friend Simon Huck created a personalised version of the much-loved game of Monopoly for Kim.

Winning serious best friend brownie points and topping the list of best present giver, Simon put together ‘Kimopoly’ to help Kim mark her milestone birthday, with every little detail relating to the mum-of-four.

Players are forced to pay a ‘momager tax’ of $200 in tribute to Kim’s mum and manager Kris Jenner, while the free parking square has a picture of Kim’s old Rolls Royce and Skims HQ and KKW Beauty are even up for grabs.

The properties around the board are all places of meaning to Kim, including her first ever house she bought, her late dad Robert Kardashian’s house, the first ever house she and her family filmed KUWTK in and her first ever apartment.

The best bit? Probably the ‘go to jail’ square that comes complete with Kim’s iconic crying face. Just genius.

‘Oh my god, Simon just got me the coolest gift ever,’ Kim said, as she revealed ‘every last thing’ on the board related to her.

The game pieces were made up of all Kim’s favourite things including a cell phone, a hashtag, a private jet, a weight and a Rolex, of course.

Even the community chest cards were all Kim-related, with Kim reading out a few for fans to see.

One said: ‘Pay North’s security detail, $15,’ while another card was: ‘Your law firm KKW partners wins a huge case, collect $100.’

‘Yeezy stock soars, collect $50,’ read another, in a nod to Kim’s husband Kanye and his famous shoe line, while one card says: ‘Dr Garth surgical fees, pay $50.’

Kim, not surprisingly, loved it and was heard laughing as she got to grips with her new game and said: ‘Simon, you’re insane.’

Erm, Simon can we please have one too?

Kim’s birthday comes after it was revealed she earns more money from sharing one Instagram post than she does for an entire season of E! reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The Skims owner, who is reportedly worth a cool $780million ($600m), revealed that promoting products on social media is much better for her when it comes to raking in the cash.

Kim, who has over 190million followers on Instagram, told David Letterman during a recent interview: ‘We would not be who we are today without Keeping Up With The Kardashians and that’s why we continue to share our lives.

‘Even if, realistically, we can post something on social media and make more than we do a whole season.’

Sadly, KUWTK is coming to an end after 14 years on air. Kim revealed the news last month in a statement that announced the show’s 20th season will be its last when it airs next year.

‘To our amazing fans – It is with heavy hearts that we’ve made the difficult decision as a family to say goodbye to Keeping Up with the Kardashians,’ Kim wrote.

‘After what will be 14 years, 20 seasons, hundreds of episodes and numerous spin-off shows, we are beyond grateful to all of you who’ve watched us for all of these years – through the good times, the bad times, the happiness, the tears, and the many relationships and children. We’ll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we’ve met along the way.

‘This show made us who we are and I will be forever in debt to everyone who played a role in shaping our careers and changing our lives forever.’
