Kim Kardashian is reportedly “furious” with husband Kanye West for claiming that she had wanted her pregnancy with daughter North aborted.
The 43-year-old rapper made the claim at his first presidential campaign rally in South Carolina on Sunday, among other controversial comments during a chaotic event.
Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim, 39, has kept an unusually quiet stance on social media, with the influencer not posting on any of her platforms since Kanye started his campaign in earnest with his first public showing.
Kim is reportedly urging Kanye to keep their personal life out of his political ambitions and their marriage could depend on whether he has another outrageous outburst.

A source has told PEOPLE that Kim was “shocked” by the abortion revelation surrounding her pregnancy with North in 2013.
The source said: “Kim is shocked that Kanye spoke about North at the rally.
“She is furious that he shared something so private.”
The source has claimed that she is worried how her husband’s actions and revelations will affect their children – North, seven, Saint, four, Chicago, two and Psalm, 14 months.
The source continued: “She loves her kids tremendously and wants to protect them. “
“Her favorite thing in the world is being a mom.”
Speaking about their marriage, the source added: “Things have broken down significantly between the two of them, and it’s happened pretty suddenly.”
Kanye shared the revelation as he broke down in tears at his opening campaign rally, speaking about the moment he found out that Kim was pregnant.

He told the crowd: “In the Bible, it says, ‘Thou shall not kill’. I remember that my girlfriend called me screaming and crying, and I was just thinking, because at that time I was a rapper I was out there, [had] different girlfriends and everything … and she said, ‘I’m pregnant.’ And I said, ‘Yes!’ And then I said, ‘Uh oh.’ “
“She was crying … and for one month and two months and three months, we talked about her not having this child. She had the pills in her hand.”
Kanye claimed that an intervention by God told him to keep the child.

He continued: “I called my wife and she said, ‘We’re gonna have this baby,’ and I said ‘We’re gonna have this child.'”
Kanye seemingly admitted that the revelation had not been previously discussed with Kim and said that he knows it could plunge their marriage into deeper crisis.
He added: “Even if my wife wants to divorce me after this speech, she brought North into the world even when I didn’t want to. She stood up and she protected that child.”
Kim has been worried of late that Kanye is suffering a bipolar episode and there have been concerns among fans of the rapper about his mental health.
