Kim Kardashian has recently been compared to Naomi Campbell after she was photographed wearing the exact same iconic outfits as the supermodel.
Yes really.
From sheer leopard print jumpsuits to purple velvet gowns, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has even rocked matching parties dresses with the star.
But despite being called out for ‘copying’ the 49-year-old’s fashion sense, the 38-year-old has taken to Twitter, where she basically confirmed the rumours were true.
The mother-of-three shared a string of photos of herself dressed in one of Naomi’s looks for Chance the Rapper’s wedding.
In the caption, she teased fans by writing: ‘Naomi Forever,’ followed by a love heart emoji – touché.
Fans were quick to comment on the snap, with one writing: ‘Appreciate the caption,’ while another said: ‘This caption is everything.
‘I love when you break the fourth wall, thx for being real girlie,’ they also shared a number of flame emojis.
Naomi had strutted down the catwalk in 1996 wearing the exact same outfit – so it’s good that Kim K is finally throwing out her appreciation to the model.
Most recently, Kim gave a nod to Clueless – ‘But it’s an Alaïa!’ – by wearing a daring cheetah-print bodysuit with black velvet accents while attending Paris Fashion Week.
While Kim teamed her Azzedine Alaïa look with a black beret, Naomi chose to go accessory free when she wore the same outfit at the Maybelline Presents 1991 Look of the Year event in 1991.
Even the fashion mogul’s little sister Kylie Jenner has been getting in on the trends, as she wore a silver diamond choker and shades – similar to Naomi’s 1994 runway look.
Pairing the accessories with a grey tracksuit, the 21-year-old joked: ‘My Friends: Let’s Have A Chill Night. Me…’
Hitting back at the star, Liam Payne’s rumoured love interest decided to share a snap of herself dressed in the same accessories, and captioned the picture: ‘#MOOD,’ before tagging @rifat_ozbek.
But despite the shade, let’s face it… Copying is the biggest form of flattery, and we certainly don’t think Naomi has anything to worry about.
