Fans will get to see the fallout following the revelation that Khloe’s cheating boyfriend Tristan Thompson hooked up with longtime family friend Jordyn Woods.

Adding to the drama of the trailer is the plinking piano notes of Kanye West’s track Runaway which is used as the soundtrack to the emotional clip.
