Kevin Hart is ‘able to walk and move his extremities,’ but could need surgery for major back injuries he suffered in a Malibu Hills, California car accident he was involved in early Sunday.

The Philadelphia native, 40, is currently recovering in a Los Angeles hospital, where doctors have optimism he can fully recover, as he didn’t suffer a spinal cord injury in the crash, sources told The Blast Sunday.

Insiders told the site that doctors expect the Ride Along star to ‘make a full recovery’ following the auto accident.

Doctors are weighing options for the comic, who could need surgery as part of the healing process.

Bryan Cranston, who co-starred with Hart in the 2017 film The Upside, wished him well in a message he posted to Instagram.

‘I’ve just heard that @kevinhart4real was injured today in a car accident in Los Angeles,’ Cranston said in an caption alongside a shot of the two pictured together. ‘Let’s all send him positive energy and healing thoughts. He’s a good human.’

The Breaking Bad leading man wrapped up in addressing Hart, saying, ‘Get well soon, brother.’

Hart was the passenger in a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda with his wife’s personal trainer Rebecca Broxterman, 31, and her fiance Jared Black, 28.

Black was driving and also injured in the accident, a California Highway Patrol report read, according to the AP, while Broxterman suffered pain in the incident.

Black lost control of the vehicle during a turn onto a highway from a road on a canyon, according to the the CHP report. Black was not under the influence of any substances in the incident, police said.

Hart in July showed off the blue muscle car in an Instagram post in which he posed alongside the vintage vehicle.

‘I added some more muscle to the family for my 40th….welcome home “Menace,”‘ he wrote, adding the hashtag, #MuscleCarLover.
