Showbusiness veteran Kerri-Anne Kennerley has made her first public appearance since burying her mother, Grace, last week.
The 67-year-old was surrounded by supportive friends on Tuesday as she attended an event hosted by Meat and Livestock Australia at Sydney’s Pier One hotel.
The Logie Hall of Famer wore a red turtleneck sweater with floral embellishments by Dolce & Gabbana, which she teamed with a sequin skirt.

She styled her blonde locks in loose waves that cascaded down her shoulders.
The Australian talk show queen opted for a radiant makeup look with bright red lipstick and pink-blushed cheeks.
Kerri-Anne was joined at the event by Jessica Rowe, also formerly of Studio 10, who stunned in a flowing green dress with polka dots.

The fiancée of Rabbitohs player Tom Burgess looked chic and polished in a neutral-toned blazer with black skinny jeans and boots.

The event marked Kerri-Anne’s first public appearance since her mother’s funeral last week.
At the time, she shared a photo of her mother’s coffin on Instagram, and wrote: ‘Farewell to the most beautiful mother in the world.’
Grace died on May 25 at the age of 99. She was just months away from her milestone 100th birthday.

‘This morning we lost our beautiful dancing queen, always elegant and graceful,’ Kerri-Anne said in a statement announcing her mother’s passing.
‘She is now up there dancing with dad and John. We will always love you, mum.’
This was in reference to her late husband, John Kennerley, who died in 2019.
