Keith Duffy has finally reunited with Boyzone after he was rushed to hospital in Thailand with food poisoning.

Just last week, the boys announced the news on their official Twitter page where they told fans that the 44-year-old would soon be back on his feet.

And now, after bandmates Ronan Keating, Mikey Graham and Shane Lynch appeared on stage without him, it seems the star has fully recuperated and is back singing with his pals.

Taking to Instagram, Boyzone proudly shared a group picture alongside the caption: ‘Look who’s back! It’s @officialkeithduffy.’

Fans were quick to comment and celebrated the father-of-two’s return.

‘Woohooo!! Glad @officialkeithduffy is better now and fighting fit,’ one wrote while another added: ‘So happy Keith is better and back with the boyz xxxx.’

Earlier this week, the star revealed he was feeling better after uploading a picture of himself stood next to a number of nurses who cared for him.

He explained: ’72 hours of a fever of 38/40 degrees With Diarrhea and Vomiting caused by contaminated food from bad hygiene in preparation!!

‘The worst bad health experience of my life ! A secondary bowel infection and viral infection !’

Keith added: ‘These ladies our my savior They are saints Thank you ladies I love you !You’ve Given me a whole new perspective of selflessness I will never forget !

‘God bless you all and thank you again ! World medical hospital (WMC).’

At the time he was rushed to hospital the band tweeted: ‘Keith @officialkeith was taken ill before the gig here in Bangkok this evening and has been admitted to hospital on the advice of the local medical team.

‘Our brother will be back on his feet as soon as possible and we thank you for all your wonderful support in the meantime.’

In a statement shared with Metro.co.uk, his rep explained he had ‘come down with a virus’ during his time in Asia.

They told us:‘He’s come down with a virus so is being kept overnight in hospital here in Bangkok to be on the safe side and will join the Boyz in Australia in time for the next gig in Perth.’
