And Kayla Reid shared just some of the many woes of postpartum recovery with a selfie proudly showing her post-baby body after welcoming little Liv Rae Lochte into the world.
The 27-year-old stunner wore a white bra with a hospital diaper mother’s commonly wear for weeks after birth, and revealed she ‘gained 50 pounds’ while carrying her youngest child.

Kayla stood in front of a mirror in her bedroom to snap a photo wearing a white sports bra and mesh undergarments.
She noted that her athletic husband Ryan Lochte was comfortably ‘playing video games’ in the background.
‘Postpartum day one,’ she wrote, adding that she would ‘leave the TMI stuff’ to herself. ‘Washed my hair, depends diapers, swollen, cellulite and stretch marks have tripled.’

Reid added that she ‘gained a total of 50 pounds’ having started her second pregnancy journey at 126lbs. and weighing 176lbs. when Liv was born.
She shared in her birthing joy on Monday with a heartfelt post to her ‘sweet and so beautiful’ baby girl, posting a photo while breastfeeding from her hospital bed.
‘Seeing Caiden’s reaction was an absolute cherry on top,’ she write. ‘Birth is hard, rewarding and amazing!! Our bodies are truly incredible.’
Baby Liv was born at 10:20 in the morning, weighing 7 lbs., 8 oz., and measuring 20 inches long.

The cute couple were married in 2018, first in a civil ceremony at their home in January and later in a larger ceremony with family and friends in September.
