“Especially at that time, about halfway through lockdown, people were so low and lost in lockdown and needed that extra boost.
“We thought, lets put together this course and we did it and we never thought it would be so successful and we would get a book out of it.
“It’s been so amazing and rewarding to give people the belief and hope that they can [achieve their goals].
“To do that during lockdown was very important.
“I was so happy me and the girls came up with this, we are able to share it over and over again.”
Katya, Sasha and Joanne will be holding a meet and greet and book signing from 12pm to 1pm at River Cafe, Greenwich London on Sunday 20th July.
