Katie Price’s son Harvey to perform in Autism’s Got Talent Roadshow

Katie Price’s son Harvey will showcase his musical abilities in an upcoming talent show for people with autism.

The talented teen will take part in the Autism’s Got Talent Roadshow at the St Ives Theatre in Cornwall later this month.

Proud mum Katie has previously showed fans videos of her 17-year-old practising at home, having played the keyboard since the age of four.

Harvey, who is Katie’s eldest child, has Prader-Willi syndrome, ADHD and is blind. He also has autism.

According to Cornwell Live, he was inspired to audition for the talent show after watching the competition in London earlier this year.

The contest was created by Anna Kennedy OBE, Autism Ambassador for Options Autism. The charity provides care and education to people of all ages with the disorder.

Katie Price considers putting Harvey into care

Ms Kennedy, who appeared on the People’s Strictly for Comic Relief back in 2015, said the event is a “fantastic opportunity for people with autism to get up on stage and show what they can do”.

She said: “We have had participants from Croatia, Canada and the USA and have also showcased world class gymnasts and artists who have appeared on the X-Factor and Britain’s Got Talent.

“People with autism of all ages are making history, showing that autism need be no barrier to success.”

Earlier this year, Katie opened up about putting her son into care during the week because he can sometimes act like a “nightmare newborn”.

The model explained that Harvey has previously smashed windows and iPads when triggered into a “rage”, which upsets her youngest children Jett, five, and Bunny, four.

She is also mum to Junior, 14, and Princess, 11, who she shares with ex-husband Peter Andre.
