Katie, 42, and Carl, 33, have cemented their relationship not by moving in together or getting married but by documenting their lives online.
Katie already has 238,000 subscribers on her individual YouTube channel which follows her life, but is hoping to reach the same with The Adventures of Katie and Carl.
While at the gym, the pair did lat pull downs and chest presses as Katie pushed through the pain of her broken feet.
