New exclusive pictures obtained by MailOnline show the dramatic moment the mother-of-five, 41, faced an awkward run-in with the personal trainer, 30, during the star-studded event.
A visibly annoyed Katie can be seen standing with her entourage and teenage son while Kris appears to be furious as he shouts over to the group.

While at another point, Katie’s group appeared visibly entertained over Kris’ words as he walked towards the mother-of-five and her 14-year-old son Junior.
Katie ensured she turned heads at the event as she sported a statement making pink ‘icon’ baseball cap with a matching coloured faux fur gilet.
The mother-of-five accentuated her bronzed complexion with a bright white tracksuit, injecting colour with neon pink accessories.

A source told The Sun about Katie and her former lover’s dramatic confrontation: ‘He didn’t seem to care who saw him go over.
‘He didn’t look happy as he spoke to Katie, and it was even more awkward that the whole thing took place in front of Junior.’

Katie has just returned from a trip to Turkey, and appeared to have caught the sun out there as she sported an incredibly deep tan.

The outing came after Katie took to Instagram to share a cryptic post about ‘walking away’ from people, but with no indication as to who she was referring to.
The post was made following reports that personal trainer Kris allegedly showed up at Katie’s ‘mucky mansion’ to collect his things – but encountered her and builder Charles, who is staying there.
A source told The Sun: ‘Katie said she was going to send his stuff to him and that he wasn’t to collect it, but Kris came to the house with a group of blokes.
‘She gave him two bin bags full of his things, but the whole thing descended into a showdown between him and Charles.
‘At one point Kris told him, ‘I will break your legs, little boy. The whole thing was so unexpected – moments earlier they’d just been watching TV inside.’

A representative for Katie told MailOnline: ‘Katie and Kris are completely amicable. The only time Kris has been to Katie’s this week was to drop off a dress she needed for a photoshoot.’
Kris posted a photo of himself shirtless in the gym on Wednesday with the cryptic caption:’A lot to think about.’

Katie then took to Instagram to share a cryptic quote about love that read: ‘I am not perfect. I say stupid things sometimes. I laugh when I’m not supposed to. I have scars left by people who did me wrong.
‘I’m a little crazy, and probably won’t change. Love me or not. But I make one promise, that if I love you, I do it with a full heart.’
Another post stated: ‘Maturity is learning to walk away from people and situations that threaten your peace of mind, self respect, values, morals or self-worth.’
The post comes after Katie was said to have dumped Kris by text after being accused of cheating when she secretly flew Charles to Turkey.

A source told The Sun: ‘Charles has quit his job and told everyone he’s off to stay with Katie and her kids.
‘He was bragging that he is going to make a tons of money with a bunch of modelling jobs and was very excited about it.
‘He was due back to work today after going to Turkey with Katie, but he’s just packed up and gone. He was there for more than 3 years but he sent a text to the boss saying he wasn’t coming back.’
Katie lives in the mansion with her five children – Jett, five and Bunny four, whose father is her ex husband Kieran Hayler, son Junior, 14, and daughter Princess from her marriage to Peter Andre and Harvey, 17, whose father is Dwight Yorke.

The new pair were reportedly introduced by a builder who is working on Katie’s mansion, who encouraged her to follow Charles on social media.
‘He encouraged Kate to follow him and they started exchanging messages. He’s younger than Kris and they have good banter,’ a source said.
Charles is based in Chesterfield, and he and Katie have been accused of previously meeting up at a hotel in the Cotswolds recently after his good looks caught her eye on social media.

A source told The Sun that Katie had been lining up Charles to ‘take over’ from Kris for a while, saying: ‘Katie started following Charles on Instagram and thought he was really hot.
‘They started messaging and really hit it off so decided to meet up at a hotel in the Cotswolds called Ellenborough Park.
‘She asked him to come to Turkey with her as she gets her face fixed and he couldn’t resist the offer. He almost didn’t make it because he forgot his passport but he’s there now and they are taking their flirtation up a notch.’

After the cheating claims came to light, Kris was pictured chucking all of Katie’s belongings out of his house, including clothes and children’s toys on Friday.
In July, Katie revealed Kris had popped the question after just over a year together.
The TV star – who is still legally married to third husband Kieran Hayler – made the shock announcement during an appearance on Loose Women.
Flashing off the diamond sparkler on her ring finger, she declared: ‘Kris bought the ring for that finger. I have got luck in my life!’
The cost of the ring – a 3 carat round brilliant and a three-row diamond band – has been estimated at £65,000-£70,000 by WP Diamonds CEO and diamond expert Andrew Brown.
