But despite her financial woes, Katie has come up with a new plan to make her millions back.

A source close to the star told The Sun Online: “Katie’s been asking friends for loans, saying that she’s already got several business ideas in the pipeline and that she’ll make her millions back in no time.

“She’s saying that the Pricey will be back on top in no time, so they’ll get all their money back soon – probably with interest.

“The thing is, Katie’s not really taking any of it seriously – she is treating it like a temporary thing, not a serious financial problem.”

Troubled Katie was declared bankrupt earlier this week and is now selling her £2million mucky mansion.

She owed creditors £800,000 and was ordered by a judge to pay £150,000 in legal costs to ex-husband Alex Reid.

She’s still living between the annexe of the house and on-off boyfriend Kris Boyson’s home despite their split – but Katie has no idea where she’ll be living by Christmas.

She had avoided going bust last December by agreeing a plan to pay back what she owed.

Katie was allowed to enter into the IVA, the deal to pay back some of her debts, when she agreed to pay the £12,000 a month over the course of four years.

Despite her money issues, Katie has continued to live the high life – and failed to pay back her spiralling debts.

The Sun Online has contacted a representative for Katie for comment.
