Katie Price and her boyfriend Carl Woods have gone all out for their six-month anniversary, welcoming a new addition to their family – a sweet pup named Precious.
The My Crazy Life star revealed her boyfriend has gifted her with an adorable French bulldog to celebrate the milestone in their relationship.
The mum-of-five said: ‘She’s a French bulldog called Precious – Princess came up with the name.
‘It’s my six-month anniversary present from Carl. We might not have a baby, but this is our new baby together.’
She added to The Sun: ‘We get her on Friday and she’s going to live with us at Carl’s house. We’re all so excited.’
The pair have also been sharing loved-up photos to celebrate the milestone, with Katie writing on Instagram: ‘6 months with being with each other everyday 24/7 still very much going strong it’s unbelievable to think how perfect everything is … it’s taken all these year to actually find my soul mate and that’s my love of my life @carljwoods ❤️ [sic].’
Katie, 42, and Carl, 31, started dating earlier this year, before the reality star broke both of her feet in a horror accident while on holiday.
She has consistently praised her boyfriend for supporting her and helping her through recovery.
Meanwhile, the new addition to the family comes just months after Katie surprised her daughter Princess with a French bulldog named Rolo, who tragically died in July.
After intense speculation, Katie spoke out about Rolo’s death, explaining she decided to buy her daughter the pup after her dog Sparkle died in February.
She revealed that Rolo died after getting stuck under a chair in her house and suffocating, adding: ‘It’s just awful … It absolutely wasn’t anybody’s fault, it was an absolute freak accident.
‘I still can’t believe it, I’m still in shock about it, to be honest. It’s just a freak accident.’
The star also owns her pooch Blade, who works as a protection dog, while Carl has a rescue named Sid.
