Katie Price could find herself in trouble after unleashing her puppies into the world as the police scooped up her two prized dogs after they escaped her home.
The 40-year-old former glamour model is the owner of a wide range of wildlife, not just dogs – including horses and chickens.
But her favourite pooches are developing a habit of escaping the comforts of Katie’s country mansion and making a dangerous bid for freedom.
According to The Sun, Katie’s dogs could have been run over and killed following their latest daring escape plan which saw them running wild and unaccompanied in the English countryside.
The dogs – including a blue German Shepherd puppy called Bear which reportedly cost the financially troubled star £1,000 – fled the Price household for the third time in a month over the weekend.
Bear was found by cops who discovered him close to a dangerously busy A24 road in Sussex – while the other escapee returned home by itself.
“Katie really needs to shore up her garden as it’s only a matter of time before something bad happens if the dogs keep escaping,” a source told The Sun.
“Luckily motorists spotted the dogs and drove carefully while they were loose and a policeman was on hand to help out,” the source continued.
It is believed Katie was not at the home during the time of the incident – and the police had to leave the animal with a neighbour who looked after it until the occasional Loose Women star returned.
The latest incident comes just weeks after Bear ran onto the same busy dual carriageway – and one year after another of Katie’s dogs was killed by a car.
And it’s not just dogs owned by Katie that have died – as back in 2017, one of the star’s favourite hoses died after running into the A24.
