Kate Middleton’s go-to summer ensemble: a patterned midi dress and espadrilles

On Monday afternoon Kate Middleton proved that she has her go-to outfit for the summer sorted.

Arriving at Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival, where the duchess’ Back to Nature Garden from the Chelsea Flower Show is now residing, the 37-year-old donned a geometric printed teal midi dress by French brand, Sandro, which is currently on sale, down from £260 to £182

Kate paired the elegant dress with a pair of her trusty Casteñer Carina espadrilles (£80) and £8 petal drop earrings from Accessorize.

In fact, it’s an outfit combo Kate has worn twice already in recent weeks, proving that the duchess has found the perfect summer uniform: a patterned midi dress and wedged espadrilles.

The combination was first seen at the Cambridge families private visit to the duchess’ garden. Kate wore a £89 floral midi dress from & Other Stories, which was paired with the same wrap around shoes and bargain high street earrings as Monday afternoon.

And the summer outfit combination did not stop there.

Just last week Kate made a surprise appearance at the Royal Photographic Society, where she wore a bold paisley midi dress by Ridley London with the same shoes.

So if you’re still searching for a quick outfit combo to get you through the summer, we think Kate just found it.
