Kate Middleton stuns in white as she ditches Royal Box for Court 14 at Wimbledon

Kate Middleton is known for being a keen tennis fan and a loyal Wimbledon attendee.

It was no surprise then to see the duchess make an appearance at the Wimbledon Championships on day two to support British player Harriet Dart. What was shocking was the duchess’s decision to swap her seats in the Royal Box for ordinary seats on Court 14 to watch Dart take on play American Christina McHale.

An expert at courtside style, Kate, who is patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, once again served up an excellent SW19 look by taking the Wimbledon player dress code to heart and wearing white.

The 37-year-old stunned in a vintage-inspired white midi dress with a tailored collar, puff sleeves and contrasting black buttons by London-based brand Suzannah. The details on the dress were also accented by a black bow waist belt.

Not only did Kate debut a new dress for the occasion, but also a new bag – carrying a trendy mini wicker box bag with black trim by Alexander McQueen.

The outfit was accessorised with matching black block heels by Gianvito Rossi, Catherine Zoraida earrings and a trusty pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses.

The duchess is expected to resume her seat in Centre Court to watch the big name matches of the day.
