A very public and ugly feud was ignited between Taylor Swift, 29, and Scooter Braun, 38, over the summer, after he acquired her former label Big Machine Records.
And the friendship divide between Taylor and her former best friend, Karlie Kloss, seemed to continue on Saturday, when the model was seen lunching with Scooter.
Karlie, 27, was seated on the opposite end of the table from Scooter, her manager, during a group lunch alongside Ivanka Trump and newlywed, Misha Nonoo at Hotel De Russie in Rome, Italy.

Karlie stunned in red full length ensemble for the lunch date.
She teamed the look with black strappy kitten heels and styled her blonde tresses back off of her face.
On the opposite side sat Scooter Braun, who has been managing Karlie since late 2015.

Also joining the group was Ivanka Trump, Wendi Deng Murdoch, Yael Braun and Misha Nonoo, who wed millionaire Michael Hess on Friday.
The group were seen enjoying plates of pasta, fries and bread while some also sipped on a cup of coffee.
Karlie and Taylor first became friends in 2013 after she performed at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
And while neither party have confirmed a rift in their friendship, the Lover singer did not attend either of the model’s wedding to Joshua Kushner in 2018.
However, one ceremony saw Taylor amid her Reputation Tour in Australia.

According to Page Six, representatives from both camps confirmed that Taylor was invited to Karlie and Joshua’s two weddings with the model’s reps saying the singer was ‘unable to attend due to prior commitments.’
At one point during their highly publicized friendship, Karlie even owned her own bedroom in the singer’s $47.7 million Tribecca compound.
In a Rolling Stone interview in 2014, she took them on a house tour and showcased her four guest bedrooms.
The publication reported that there was ‘a basket of Kloss’s favorite Whole Foods treats next to the bed, and multiple photos of her on the walls.’

And while rumors continue to swirl that they’ve drifted apart, Karlie told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Life earlier in the year that they were still pals.
‘Taylor’s incredible, and I feel really lucky to call her a friend. She’s one of the hardest working women, and I loved her essay,’ she said – referring to her Elle essay of 30 lessons she’d learnt in her 30 years.
Karlie was one of the celebrities in Taylor’s Bad Blood video and also part of her girl squad alongside Cara Delevingne and Gigi Hadid.

Just weeks before the release of her seventh studio album, Lover, she was thrown into the deep end when she learnt that ‘bully’ Scooter had bought her six former records from Scott Borchetta – the founder of her previous label, Big Machine Records.
The former country singer has maintained that she only found out about the $300 million deal when it became news online.
‘I found out when it was online, like, when it hit the news,’ Taylor told CBS Sunday last month.
When asked if anyone in her inner circle was aware or whether anyone could smell the deal brewing, Taylor replied with a confident, ‘no.’
Spanner in the works: Just weeks before the release of her seventh studio album, Lover, she was thrown into the deep end when she learnt that ‘bully’ Scooter had bought her six former records from Scott Borchetta – the founder of her previous label, Big Machine Records
The Lover singer went on to clarify she was aware a sale would be made in the future, but was blindsided to learn it was Scooter on the other end of the deal.
‘I knew he [Scott Borchetta] would sell my music, I knew he would do that,’ she began.
‘I couldn’t believe who he sold it to, because, we’ve had endless conversations about Scooter Braun and he has 300 million reasons to conveniently forget those conversations.’
And when asked if she could re-record her masters, a visibly shaken and emotional Taylor pepped up with a large smile on her face.
‘Oh yeah!’ she replied, agreeing that that in fact was the plan.

Playing the game! Although Scooter (pictured) has bought her masters, Taylor plans to re-record all her old music in November 2020 from the time her contract allows
The Archer singer’s confession comes after she told Robin Roberts on Good Morning America recently that as of November 2020, she’d be back in the studio earning the rights back to her work.
‘It’s something that I’m very excited about doing because my contract says that starting November 2020, so next year, I can record albums 1-5 all over again,’ she said.
‘I’m very excited about it because I think that artists deserve to own their work. I just feel very passionately about that.’
It’s not sure when she’ll contractually get the chance to re-record her sixth album, Reputation.
It’s also unknown the specific clauses in the contract in terms of how different the songs have to sound from the originals.
