Karl Stefanovic, 44, and his ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn, 48, are reportedly gearing up to sell their $8 million Cremorne mansion and split the profits.

The Sunday Telegraph reported that local real estate agents were spotted inspecting the renovated property last week, three years after the former couple first purchased the home.

Former Today show host Karl and Studio 10 panellist Cassandra paid an $800,000 deposit on the 650sqm block in June 2016, just months before announcing their separation – they were then forced to either follow through with the purchase or lose their entire six figure deposit.
