K-Pop group Dreamcatcher have thanked their fans for their support after not winning first place on The Show.

Dreamcatcher fans, called Insomnias, launched a #JusticeforDreamcatcher campaign on social media after the girl group lost out to Everglow in September.

But the members – Siyeon, JiU, SuA, Yoohyeon, Gahyeon and Dami (Handong didn’t join the members on the Europe tour) – say that the love of Insomnias are enough for them.

JiU explained: ‘Even though we weren’t able to win first place, I still that because we have fans and others who cheer us on, I felt like I had already won first place in my heart. And it was an experience that made me realise and be more thankful of a lot of things.’

Siyeon added: ‘And I also felt like we had grown a lot because we had gotten a perfect score for both the digital and physical categories. So that made us really happy, we were content with just that.’

Singer Gahyeon also told us what she likes best about being part of the team.

She explained: ‘There’s a lot but first of all, just the fact that I’m a Dreamcatcher member.

‘It looks really cool when the seven of us are standing together; we have this really strong and cool presence when we’re all together. And all seven of us have a really great team work.’

And we couldn’t let them go without quizzing them on the members’ habits, such as who gives the best advice, who is the best cook and who likes to blow the most money (spoiler alert: it’s Handong, apparently.)

SuA revealed: ‘Handong does shop a lot; she buys lots of clothes, expensive clothes. She’s always buying something.’

Gahyeon added: ‘She’s very aware of the latest fashion trends and has an interest in fashion.’
