Justin Timberlake has been out flashing his wedding ring for all the world to see as he continues to desperately backtrack after being caught holding hands with a co-star when his ring was off.

The 38-year-old Take Back The Night singer was left with egg on his face last month when he was spotted holding hands with 30-year-old Alisha Wainwright at a party.

Justin has been married to actress Jessica Biel, 37, since 2012 and together they have a son named Silas who was born in April 2015.

Fans of the married couple were shocked when Justin was spotted with holding hands with Palmer co-star Alisha and with his wedding band seemingly nowhere to be seen.

Justin looked weary – but his wedding ring was clear for all to see – after apologising for letting himself down

But now the singer and actor has been spotted with his ring firmly back on while out and about in New Orleans just two days after issuing a grovelling public apology to his wife.

Justin looked rather weathered and downcast as he was spotted waking with two plastic bottles in his hands and wearing unflattering sportswear.

JT appeared to acknowledge he had made a mistake by holding hands with his co-star when he released a statement via social media on Thursday.

“I apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be,” he wrote.

“This was not that. I am incredibly proud to be working on Palmer. Looking forward to continuing to make this movie and excited for people to see it,” he added, in an unusual call to arms for fans to support his work.
