Justin Bieber has been heavily hinting at fatherhood and it’s claimed that his ‘dream of being a dad’ is fuelling his recovery while he works on his mental health.
The Baby singer recently confirmed he is taking a break from music because he wants to focus wholeheartedly on his mental health, after seeking treatment for depression in February.
He’s determined to get himself back into a better mindset and casually dropped into conversation that he is working on being the ‘father he wants to be’. Yup, he’s talking babies already.
Sources have now told People that Justin’s drive to be a dad is helping him mentally. They say: ‘Right now, [Justin is] ready to be a dad. That’s what he wants to be.’
‘He knows that he has to get things figured out so that he can be the dad he wants to be, but that’s his focus. Being a dad is his dream right now,’ the insiders said.
They claimed that the 25-year-old is ‘growing so much’ and has made ‘amazing progress’ in the last six months.
Justin has been laying low in the last couple of months, after confessing to fans that he has been ‘struggling a lot’.
His wife Hailey Baldwin has been helping him through a tough time of late and the couple are currently spending time in Los Angeles, where Justin recently snapped up a new Beverly Hills home for the pair for a cool $8.5million.
He and Hailey married in September last year, two months after getting engaged. They tied the knot in a simple courthouse service in Manhattan and had been planning a big religious blessing with their family and friends.
Although, they’ve now made the decision to put wedding number two on hold until Justin is feeling better and Biebs has credited wife Hailey for being the ‘best wife’ because of the support she has show him.
‘He thinks she is the best wife ever,’ an insider told People.
‘One of the most important reasons why they got back together in the first place is because Hailey is a very stable person with no complicated issues.’
