Justin Bieber is going to be taking a break from music in order to focus on some ‘deep rooted issues.’
The 25-year-old took to Instagram earlier today, where he announced the news to his 106million followers.
Sharing a picture of what appears to be the star from the waist down, he revealed that he would be pressing pause on his music career so he can spend time with his family.
Writing to his fans the Baby hitmaker said: ‘So I read a lot of messages saying you want an album ..
‘I’ve toured my whole teenage life, and early 20s, I realized and as you guys probably saw I was unhappy last tour and I don’t deserve that and you don’t deserve that, you pay money to come and have a lively energetic fun light concert and I was unable emotionally to give you that near the end of the tour.’
He added: ‘I have been looking, seeking, trial and error as most of us do, I am now very focused on repairing some of the deep rooted issues that I have as most of us have, so that I don’t fall apart, so that I can sustain my marriage and be the father I want to be.’
Yes, you read that right… Be the father he wants to be…
Skimming over that point, the popstar continued: ‘Music is very important to me but Nothing comes before my family and my health.’
But don’t worry just yet, because he isn’t planning on staying out of the spotlight too long.
Promising fans that he will be back, the Biebs added: ‘I will come with a kick ass album ASAP, my swag is undeniable and my drive is indescribable his love is supernatural his grace is that reliable….
‘The top is where I reside period whether I make music or not the king said so. ? but I will come with a vengeance believe that.. (grammar and punctuation will be terrible pretend it’s a text where u just don’t care).’
Justin tied the knot with Hailey Baldwin in September last year and they are now said to be planning a wedding to celebrate with their family and friends.
Just recently it was claimed that the star is going through a ‘rough patch’ after he spoke out about his addiction to Xanax.
‘Justin seems down and tired. He has been struggling a bit,’ a source said of the What Do You Mean hitmaker.
‘It has nothing to do with Hailey — he is very happy being married to her. It’s just something else that he struggles with mentally,’ the insider added.
‘He has good help around him and is receiving some treatment. He seems confident he will feel better soon,’ they continued to People.
Prior to this, Justin had spoken about his battle with addiction to Vogue.
Here he said: ‘I found myself doing things that I was so ashamed of, being super-promiscuous and stuff, and I think I used Xanax because I was so ashamed
‘My mom always said to treat women with respect. For me that was always in my head while I was doing it, so I could never enjoy it. Drugs put a screen between me and what I was doing.’
