Liverpool are building the £50million complex in Kirkby, ahead of the move from their current Melwood campus in the summer.
And Linda Pizzuti, who is married to the Fenway Sports Group chief, offered an insight into the works via her Instagram account.
“We are a few months away from completing the new training grounds here in Liverpool and they are extraordinary,” Pizzuti said in a posted video. “I’ll show you inside.”
She then gave viewers a brief tour showing one of the on-site state-of-the-art gyms, as well as the first-team and academy training pitches.
Once moved in, it will be the first time the senior and youth teams are housed together at the same complex.
Covering 9,200 square metres, the training base will contain two gyms, a sports hall, pool, hydrotherapy complex and specialist sports rehabilitation suites.
The facility is also set to include TV studios, press conference areas and offices.
Liverpool’s Chief Operating Officer Andy Hughes said previously: “It has always been our aspiration to provide a clear pathway for progression for our youngsters from the club’s Academy to the First Team, and the two facilities are now intrinsically linked.
“Work at the training ground is on track for completion in summer 2020 when will see the first team and youth football operations come together on one site for the first time in the club’s history.”
Pizzuti and Henry were both present at Anfield on Sunday for Liverpool’s Premier League victory over rivals Manchester United .
The result further stretched Liverpool’s lead at the top of the table as they chase down their first league title in 30 years.
Congratulating Jurgen Klopp in the tunnel after the game, Henry hugged the Liverpool boss and said: “Wow, amazing. Just amazing.”
Liverpool’s academy youngsters could yet be handed another opportunity to impress Klopp at the weekend, with the Reds facing three fixtures in a week.
They travel to Wolves on Thursday evening, before a trip to Shrewsbury in the FA Cup fourth round on Sunday.
Klopp rested a number of first-team stars in the last round, which saw Curtis Jones grab the winner for a youthful Reds side against Everton .
He is expected to field a similar lineup for the clash with the League One side, before Liverpool face West Ham in the league next Wednesday.
