She faced backlash throughout her appearance on Married At First Sight after cheating on her ex-‘husband’ Mick Gould.

And looking back at her time on the show’s sixth season, Jessika Power has confessed that she was a ‘horrible nasty brat’ during filming.

The reality star, 27, reflected on her behaviour on MAFS after being called out by a fan on Instagram on Friday and admitted she has ‘learnt a lot’ about herself since her TV appearance.

The admission came after Jess had posted a lengthy message to her 213k followers where she thanked them for their ‘positive messages’.

She claimed even the trolls are helping her to ‘love herself’ and urged her fans to be nice to one another, adding: ‘It costs absolutely NOTHING to be kind.’

However, one follower was quick to call Jess out and commented in response: ‘Were you KIND to others in mafs????’

The irony wasn’t lost on Jess, who then admitted that she had been at fault during filming. She said: ‘No I wasn’t. I was a horrible nasty brat.’

Jess continued: ‘However that was filmed six months ago almost and I have learnt A LOT about myself since then.

‘It’s a very strange situation to be in also – you wouldn’t never know until you live through it.’

Jess had been married to Mick, but was seen propositioning Nic Jovanovic and then embarking on an affair with latecomer Dan Webb – who was married to Tamara Joy.

Dan and Jess later came clean about their infidelity and re-entered the experiment as a couple, before making a commitment to each other in the final ceremony.

They later split during the taping of the MAFS finale when it was revealed that Jess had made a move on Nic during an earlier dinner party.

While they did reunite, things then fell apart between Jess and Dan following a tense TV interview and multiple cheating rumours.

Jessika is now growing close to Suleiman ‘Sam’ Abdulrahim – the Ferrari-driving kickboxer who was involved in a fatal car crash in 2015 that caused the death of an 88-year-old great-grandmother.

Sam was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment in July 2018 after pleading guilty to culpable driving causing death. He had already spent 519 days in custody.

All over: Despite re-entering the experiment as a couple, Jess and Dan split after he learned she had propositioned Nic Jovanovic during the show's finale - they reconciled but broke up once again following a tense TV interview and multiple cheating rumours

Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia, Jessika said of Sam: ‘We met through mates and I’m enjoying getting to know him.’

Although, she clarified the pair are currently ‘just friends’ and she’s ‘not looking to settle down just yet’ following her split from Dan.

Dan, meanwhile, is in a relationship with Vanessa Sierra: the model who publicly accused Jessika’s brother Rhyce of assault.
