Jess Wright has voiced her sadness as she’s forced to keep her distance from her grandad amid the coronavirus crisis.
The former TOWIE star, 34, took to Instagram to share a heartbreaking picture of her grandfather waiting at her from a window.
She admitted that the moment “broke” her as she’s been missing her grandparents while they’re being forced to isolate.
The government has advised elderly people to stay at home for 12 weeks while the deadly bug sweeps across the country and the rest of the world.
In the photo Jess shared her grandad looked cheerful as he gave her the wave.
There was shopping bags at his feet as Jess had dropped off some supplies.
She admitted she was worried about her elderly relatives in the pandemic.
Jess, whose brother is Mark Wright, captioned the picture: “This has broke me miss them so much.
“Mum dropped off their shopping & my grandad didn’t stop waving as so happy to see them.
“I got them a phone & spare SIM card so we can FaceTime them & it’s really helped.
“So sad that we can’t see them as they are getting really old now.
“Thinking of anyone out there who is suffering from this horrible virus & has lost anyone. Stay strong.”
Jess then tagged her parents to thank them for looking after him.
She added: “@carolwright1 @bigmarkwright thanks for getting them shopping too x x.”
