Jeremy Renner’s ex-wife Sonni Pachecho has reported filed for sole custody of their daughter.
The former glamour model allegedly wants to strip the actor of custody for their six-year-old child Ava.
Sonni – who split from the Bourne Legacy actor in 2015 after a year of marriage – also wants a monitor for visits, RadarOnline reported.
She filed the documents in the Los Angeles Superior Court on September 10, the site claimed. It’s not known what triggered the move.
Jeremy and Sonni currently have joint custody of their child. Metro.co.uk has contacted Jeremy’s rep for comment.
Sonni previously claimed Jeremy’s gun collection put their daughter at risk, according to TMZ.
She alleged that one of the Avengers star’s weapons was out in the open behind a bar – although Jeremy claimed the guns were always locked away.
The exes divorced in 2015 citing irreconcilable differences.
Jeremy, who recently shut down his app, often shares cute snaps with Ava on his social media.
He posted a black and white shot of himself carrying the youngster on his shoulders in a pool last summer, writing alongside it: ‘I’ll always carry the weight and shoulder any burden that comes your way.’
He added the hashtags: ‘#family #friendships #love #mywill #mypromise #mypleasureandhonor.’
Last year, TMZ claimed that Jeremy will maintain his monthly payments of $13,000 to Ava but will increase payments to a trust fund for his little girl.
The Hawkeye star was recently linked to Lady Gaga following her split from fiance Christian Carino.
Sources claimed in March that the A Star Is Born actress,32, and Jeremy had been ‘spending time together’ – although it wasn’t known if they are romantically involved or simply friends.
