Jeremy McConnell has revealed that he has named his newborn daughter Storm after posing for a black and white family photoshoot with his girlfriend and baby.

The Celebrity Big Brother star, who has a son with ex-girlfriend Stephanie Davis, welcomed his second child in November after his girlfriend of two years Katie McCreath gave birth to a baby girl.

Confirming the name of their daughter on Instagram with a black and white newborn photoshoot, Jeremy wrote: ‘Feeling complete, our home has grown by two feet. Welcome to the world our precious miracle,’ adding the hashtag: ‘#StormMcconnell.’

The post prompted comments of support with people sending their well wishes and complimenting the pair on the name.

Earlier in the week, Jeremy made his Instagram debut with baby Storm, celebrating her safe arrival and thanking the midwife who was there for the birth.

‘My Angel is here, she arrived 29 November , 00:06 , 7.10 lbs,’ he captioned his post.

‘Mum and baby are perfect. We are enjoying precious family time at the moment… but @katielouisemccreath and I would like to thank the amazing team at Wolverhampton Hospital, especially our midwife who delivered her, Megan!’

The couple first met in 2017 before moving in together eight months later, with the former Celebrity Big Brother star announcing Katie’s pregnancy in July after celebrating 18 months of sobriety following his battle with cocaine addiction.

Jeremy’s struggles with the drug coincided with his tumultuous relationship with Hollyoaks star Stephanie, during which the actress gave birth to her now two-year-old son Caben.

Jeremy has limited contact with both Stephanie and Caben after he was found guilty of assaulting the soap star in 2017.
