Jeremy Kyle's fiancée Vicky Burton pregnant with couple's first baby

Jeremy Kyle has announced his fiancée Vicky Burton is pregnant.

The presenter, who’s ITV show was axed earlier this year due to the suspected suicide of a guest on the programme, revealed his baby joy today.

The 54-year-old star said: “Vick and I couldn’t be happier to say we’re expecting our first baby together.

“We’ve told our families and everyone is delighted.”

Kyle continued telling The Sun: “It’s the best possible thing that could have happened and we’re excited about preparing for his or her arrival in January.”

Jeremy is already father to daughters Harriet, 29, Alice, 15, Ava, 13, and son Henry, ten, from previous marriages to Kirsty Rowley and Carla Germaine.

Kyle first met Vicky when she was the family nanny, caring for Jeremy and ex-wife Carla Germaine’s children.

She stopped working for the family in April 2016, but it was after that their relationship flourished.

The baby joy comes after a tough year for Kyle after his ITV show was axed in May after the death of guest Steve Dymond.

Steve Dymond, 63, was found dead 10 days after failing a lie detector test on the daytime show.

Carolyn McCall, ITV’s CEO said at the time: “Given the gravity of recent events we have decided to end production of The Jeremy Kyle Show.

“The Jeremy Kyle Show has had a loyal audience and has been made by a dedicated production team for 14 years, but now is the right time for the show to end.

It’s claimed Jeremy is set for his TV comeback next year

“Everyone at ITV’s thoughts and sympathies are with the family and friends of Steve Dymond.”

She added: “ITV will continue to work with Jeremy Kyle on other projects.”

It was reported earlier this week that Kyle is set for his TV return next year on ITV.

A source reportedly told The Sun: “Jeremy is a huge rating draw and he has a great relationship with ITV, who are very keen to bring him back.

“So it was only a matter of time. An ITV team have been told ‘find a format for Jeremy’ and that is what they are working hard to do.”

It’s claimed the presenter might be moved to an evening slot though, rather than daytime TV again.
