Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have reunited four years after their divorce was finalised, as they teamed up for a re-enactment of a classic sitcom.

The Friends star and Leftovers actor met up for a table read of the re-enactment of popular eighties sitcom Facts Of Life, on which Justin is a producer.

While they didn’t cuddle up together or have a big reunion, the pair are obviously comfortable in each other’s company and both appeared in photographs of the evening.

Jennifer, who will play the character of Blair Warner in the re-enactment, posed for a selfie with fellow actor Kerry Washington, looking gorgeous in a black lace top.

Justin meanwhile was dressed casually, in a white T-shirt paired with a watch and chain.

He posed for pictures with Kerry and comedian Jason Bateman, a close friend of Jennifer’s and Horrible Bosses co-star.

The table reading was, Kerry said, filmed in front of a live studio audience, and will air on TV in the US on Wednesday night.

Jennifer and Justin were married for two years, from 2015 to 2017, before they announced their split in 2018.

In a statement announcing they were going their separate ways, Justin and Jennifer said the decision ‘was mutual and lovingly made’.

‘We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship.’

It’s clear the pair have kept their promise to remain friends, judging by the relaxed and happy atmosphere visible in the photographs from the table read.

And, earlier this year, Jennifer gushed over her ex as she wished him a happy 50th birthday in a post on social media.

Taking to Instagram Stories, she posted a selfie Justin took of himself while dressed in a suit.

His beloved rescue dog, Kuma the Pitbull, could be seen by his side as Jen wrote: ‘Happy Birthday JT.’

She then shared a shirtless snap of her former partner and added: ‘Truly one of a kind. LOVE YOU!’

Justin had, months earlier, shared a similar similar post for the Friend star’s 52nd birthday in February.

‘Happy birthday @jenniferaniston,’ Justin wrote at the time, adding: ‘[Heart emoji] you b!’

The couple first met on the set of comedy Wanderlust, which both actors starred in, and were initially smitten with each other.

In an interview with Esquire, Justin said the former couple are still pals and often talk on the phone or on FaceTime.

He added that he would feel a ‘loss’ if the Friends star was no longer in his life.

Setting the record straight he said their breakup was not ‘dramatic’: ‘I would say we’ve remained friends. We don’t talk every day, but we call each other. We FaceTime.

‘We text. Like it or not, we didn’t have that dramatic split, and we love each other.

‘I’m sincere when I say that I cherish our friendship… It would be a loss if we weren’t in contact, for me personally. And I’d like to think the same for her.’

The actress has since kept her personal life private, even as fans got incredibly hyped when she and her ex Brad Pitt had a fairly awkward interaction during a reunion for Fast Times at Ridgemont High.
