Jennifer Aniston is here to let you know, if you actually kind of like self-isolating amid the coronavirus pandemic, that’s OK too.

Yes, while many are struggling with cabin fever in lockdown, Friends star Jen has offered a different point of view – admitting it ‘isn’t that much of a challenge’ for her.

And why?

‘I’m a born agoraphobe,’ the 51-year-old admitted.

‘This is kind of a dream,’ she added. ‘Not a dream, it’s obviously a nightmare. But, me personally, it’s not been that much of a challenge.’

The star was speaking via video link on an at-home episode of Jimmy Kimmel’s chat show.

Jennifer told Jimmy she has not left her house for three weeks, as parts of the USA have been put under lockdown, with residents being told only to leave their homes for essential journeys.

She added that the hardest part of the crisis for her was digesting the neverending news.

Jen explained: ‘I allow a check-in in the morning and then I’ll do a check-in in the evening, and that is it because basically, it’s regurgitating the exact same thing.’

The Along Came Polly actress also discussed her favourite household chores, saying washing the dishes is her ‘favourite thing in the world.’

‘Because not only are you doing your dishes, but you’re washing your hands,’ the This Morning star explained. Good point.

We’d happily have you come round and wash our dishes, Jen – goodness knows there are enough of them at this point. But we don’t think that’s allowed…
