Jenna Dewan told Channing Tatum about her pregnancy before publicly announcing her baby news, with boyfriend Steve Kazee.
And the Magic Mike star was ‘very supportive’ of his ex-wife – whom he split with last year – starting a family with her new beau.
‘Jenna told Channing that she was pregnant and wanted to make sure he knew before she announced it,’ an insider claimed to E! News.
‘He is happy for her and was very supportive.’

Jenna, 38, and 43-year-old Steve confirmed their pregnancy news to People magazine in a statement, telling the publication: ‘We are beyond overjoyed and couldn’t be happier to be expanding our family!’
The couple went public with their romance last October, with an insider claiming at the time that they had been dating ‘for a couple of months’.
Back in February, Steve shared a sweetest tribute to Jenna, celebrating their romance on Valentine’s Day.
‘Somehow, inexplicably, I’ve been granted the honour to have this be the person that I get to be side by side with throughout this wild journey we call life,’ he wrote.
‘Jenna I don’t know what I did to deserve your love but I will always be so thankful that our lives found their way to each other.
‘Here’s looking at you, kid.’
This will be the second child for the actress, who also shares daughter Everly with Channing.
The former couple split last year, after nine years of marriage.
In a joint statement, they said: ‘We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple. We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together.
‘Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now.’
Channing has since moved on, and has been dating Jessie J for around one year.
