Actress Jenna Dewan has been robbed in broad daylight as a thief targeted her car while she was running errands.
The 38-year-old star of Step Up, and Channing Tattum’s former wife, was on Sunset Strip when a burglar struck and broke into her Tesla around midday.
TMZ has reported that Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call about the robbery at 12.15pm on Tuesday.
It is believed that the robber smashed their way into the car by breaking through a side window.
Jenna had her Saint Laurent designer bag, worth over £2,400, stolen in the raid, with the purse being the only item taken.

TMZ has reported that the incident was captured on camera as the paparazzi snapped the robber in action.
It has been reported that the culprit was a woman, dressed in a hoodie and dark trousers.
Jenna Dewan’s boyfriend, Steve Kazee, was the first to arrive on the scene, shortly after the police were called.

Officials are still to make an arrest, at the time of the report.
It has been just over a year since Jenna split from ex husband Channing Tatum, after nine years of marriage.
They have a daughter, Everly, together and since the break up, Channing has seen romance blossom with singer Jessie J.
