Jamie Redknapp's Team of the Week: Liverpool and Chelsea stars joined by Man Utd defender

Former Liverpool midfielder and pundit Jamie Redknapp has named his latest Team of the Week after a thrilling round of Premier League fixtures that threw up a couple of surprises.

The Reds maintained their perfect start to the campaign with a comfortable 3-1 win over Newcastle at Anfield thanks to goals from Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah.

The former bagged an excellent double to move level with his Egyptian team-mate in the goalscorers’ chart, although Jurgen Klopp’s side were given a fright by Jetro Willems’ thunderous opener.

Meanwhile, Premier League champions Manchester City suffered a shock 3-2 defeat to Norwich City at Carrow Road after a below-par display that exposed their defensive frailties.

Kenny McLean, Todd Cantwell and Teemu Pukki were all on target for Daniel Farke’s Canaries as they pulled off the performance of the season so far.

Manchester United ground out a win over Leicester while Tottenham blitzed Crystal Palace and Tammy Abraham struck an excellent hat-trick as Chelsea outscored Wolves.

There were also victories for Bournemouth and Southampton while Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang fails to make the cut in Redknapp’s Daily Mail column, despite scoring twice as Arsenal drew with Watford.

Unsurprisingly, a trio of Norwich players are included in the 4-2-3-1 formation but who else makes Redknapp’s Team of the Week?
