Jamie Redknapp: Louise Redknapp’s ex pictured in terrifying A League of Their Own forfeit

Jamie Redknapp, 46, took part in a daring sky high tightrope walk in Switzerland yesterday.

The former footballer turned TV star completed the scary challenge for his Sky One television show A League of Their Own.

The sportsman, who is a team captain on the game show along with ex-cricketer Freddie Flintoff, 41, was photographed balancing on a high wire with the stunning Swiss scenery in background as he filmed scenes for the new series of the program.

He walked from a clock tower to a 12th century castle in the city of Thun.

Jamie, who separated from his wife of 19 years Louise Redknapp two years ago, carried a long pole to retain his balance as he carefully navigated his way along the tightrope.

On completing the task, Jamie was greeted by Swiss high wire artist Freddy Nock, 54, while Freddie looked on from an open window.

Back in 2015 the fearless tightrope artist broke the Guinness World Record for the highest (ground supported) tightrope walk – breaking a 30-year record.

It took him just 39 minutes to walk between two Swiss mountaintops at 3,532 meters above sea level.

Before attempting the challenging feat yesterday, Jamie took to his Instagram account to share a clip which showed the daredevil completing the task.

Standing is the sunshine in front of the incredible view, the father-of-two asked his 1.1 million followers: “Who do you want to do this forfeit? Freddie or Jamie”.

The second series of A League of Their Own: European Road Trip will air in early 2020.
