James Martin: 'She looks naked' Saturday Morning chef worries after posting family snap

TV presenter James Martin took to Twitter last night to share a rare picture of his sister with his 663,800 followers.

The 47-year-old Saturday Morning chef joked he could get in big trouble for posting the silly snap of his sibling online.

Alongside the picture, the TV chef wrote: “Ha ha my sister as I’ve never seen her before…cooking and in lockdown…”

He went on to say: “She’s gonna kill me for that picture..ha ha…1st loaf.”

Taking to the comments section on Twitter, one user agreed: “Yep! She’s gonna kill you.”

Another added: “You’re going to pay for that.”

A third remarked: “Haha!!! Looks scrumptious. Your sister looks like a hoot… real humans leading real lives! Nice to see posts like this.”

Sharing a similar sentiment, Home Under the Hammer star Lucy Alexander remarked: “Marvellous face.”

TV presenter Lucy was not the only famous face to appear in the comments section, Julia Bradbury, who appeared on James’ cookery show in December, noticed something in the picture that could make matters worse.

She pointed out: “And she looks naked!”

In the picture, the chef’s sister was wearing a pale pink top, which gave the impression that she didn’t have a top on.

Drawing attention to the family resemblance, a sixth user penned: “Christ she looks like you!” another added: “Must get her on your show would be so much fun.”

During his time in self-isolation, James has been doing his bit for the community by making fresh pasta for the locals.

Sharing footage of his home-made goodies on Instagram, which he had neatly packaged in brown paper bags, the chef revealed he had made 40kg of the sold out food staple in one day.

This was followed by a further 80kg two days ago.

He captioned the first video: “40kg done for the village and now for some more.”

James, who has an outdoor kitchen added: “Only sound is birds tweeting. Love doing this. Love my job.”
