James Jordan and Ola Jordan in tearful update about taking baby to doctors: 'Horrible day'

Former Strictly Come Dancing professional James Jordan, 42, has opened up about his decision to send his wife Ola Jordan, 37, into the doctor’s surgery with their baby daughter Ella, as he was feeling too emotional to watch her get her 12-week injections. The star shared the tearful admission in view of his 218,000 Instagram followers as the family were on their way to the appointment this afternoon.

James explained the couple were unable to go into the GP surgery together with Ella due to coronavirus lockdown restrictions, so one of them had to stay outside and wait.

He said in a video: “That horrible day has come again.

“12-week injections for little baby Ella.”

The Dancing on Ice winner then filmed his other half cradling and soothing their sleepy baby.

James recalled the moment they called the emergency services after the couple panicked.

“We rang 111 and asked for their advice. We said, ‘Look, we feel we should send an ambulance out,'” James explained.

“We were like, ‘Oh my god, I don’t want to have to go to the hospital because of what’s going on. But the ambulance guys came in with their full PPE and took her into the hospital for a check-up. So, we did otherwise we wouldn’t have slept.”

Ola remarked: “You don’t want to go to the hospital because of the COVID-19.”
