The formed rugby player, 34, and fitness fanatic, 32, looked tired after flying from Japan to London with a stopover in Dubai, which is roughly around 17 hours of travel.

The two stars appeared exhausted and ready for home as they navigated their way through the airport, waiting to be picked up.
